Refund policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order so we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange. Our 2025 Extended Holiday Returns policy requires that eligible items bought between November 14, 2025, and December 22, 2025, can be returned until January 22, 2026.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Requesting a Return or Exchange in the US:
1. Go to the return portal.
2. Find your order using order number and email or zip code.
3. Select the item(s) that need to be returned or exchanged.
4. Select a new item for an exchange if needed.
5. Select a return or exchange reason for each item.
6. Select your refund method.
7. Confirm shipping address.
Once your request is approved, you will receive a return label via email and a QR code for label-free return. Check with your local Post Office if they accept QR code returns before dropping off. Instructions on how to send your package will be included with the approval and items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges in the US
Exchanges in the US are processed free of charge, which includes both return shipping and shipping the new product to you. If you select a different item that is more expensive the difference will be collected at the time of checkout. If the item is cheaper the difference will be refunded once we receive the original item back at Fresh Produce.
Refund Methods in the US
Customers can choose between store credit or a refund to the card or the original payment method. For store credit, there is no return label fee and the full price paid for the item will be refunded. For refund to the original payment method, if Easy Returns was purchased at checkout, no return-label fee will apply. Otherwise, if Easy Returns was not purchased, a return label fee of $7.99 (regardless of any number of items) will be deducted from your refund. The only exception is if your order was placed through Facebook or Instagram. You will be prompted to pay the $7.99 return fee in advance when your return label is requested.
Easy Returns at Checkout
We offer customers to pay a small fee upfront to allow for easy returns without any additional shipping label fees. The Easy Returns item cannot be refunded and will not be included in store credit or refund amounts. easy Returns cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.

International Returns:
Request a return by emailing support@freshproduceclothes.com or calling us at +1-562-693-6089 and our Customer Support Team will help. Once your return is accepted by the Customer Support Team you will need to ship your items back to Fresh Produce in California using your own label to 8119 Secura Way, Santa Fe Springs California 90670, United States.
International Exchanges
International exchanges are currently accepted for Canada only. Exchanges can only be processed for the same item or equal value within 30 days from delivery. Please email us at support@freshproduceclothes.com or call us at +1-562-693-6089. Once your exchange is accepted by the Customer Support Team you will need to ship your items back to Fresh Produce in California using your own label to 8119 Secura Way, Santa Fe Springs California 90670, United States. The new item from the exchange will be sent to you free of charge.
How to ship your returns and exchanges back to Fresh Produce Clothes.
1. Securely pack items. If available, please use original packaging.
2. Attach your return label to the package.
3. Drop off the package within 10 days to your nearest carrier location and we recommend keeping the drop-off receipt.
4. We’ll issue your refund, or exchange once we approve your return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order at the time of delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance or gift cards. Items purchased under clearance are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Price Match Guarantee
If you find a current lower price within 14 days after purchase, send us proof of purchase and we will adjust your payment to the lower price on request. To start an adjustment, email support@freshproduceclothes.com or call us at 562-693-6089.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. For approved refunds, you’ll receive the refund to gift card or the original payment method based on your preference Refund gift cards are valid for 2 years after issuance. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund if you selected refund to your original payment method.
