Ordering
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our Fit Guide recommendation and size guide. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We completely get it, we change our minds too! Please contact customer service at support@freshproduceclothes.com or 562-693-6089 Monday-Friday 8am-4pm PST as soon as possible in hopes of catching the order before it ships.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.
We gladly honor a price adjustment on full-price merchandise within fourteen days of the mail-order ship date if accompanied by the original receipt. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments. Orders already placed with a coupon or promotion are also ineligible for additional discounts.
You will receive an order confirmation via email. If you did not receive an order confirmation, your order has not not been processed. Call customer service for further assistant.
Currently, gift cards are only available in USD in the United States.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use two carriers for domestic shipping, USPS and UPS. All international shipping is through DHL.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
If you are experiencing difficulty processing a return, verify that your order is within the 30 days from delivery and the item(s) are eligible for return. Clearance and gift cards are non-returnable.
Please allow up to two weeks from the date you mail your item(s) back
for your return to be processed—you will receive an email confirmation
when complete. If you are returning items from multiple orders in the
same package, please include all return packing slips for each order
in your package.
Once you receive your email indicating your return has been processed, you can expect to receive your credit within 7-10 business days.
We offer FREE returns when credit is applied to a gift card. $7.99 will be deducted from your refund when applied back to the original method of payment. You may also choose to mail the item back using your own insured, traceable method.
Selecting Easy Returns at checkout for $3.98 is a perfect way to get a discounted rate for returns in case you find your item is not quite perfect. You can unselect this service in your cart. Otherwise, if Easy Returns was not purchased, a return label fee of $7.99 (regardless of any number of items) will be deducted from your refund.

It is disheartening to hear about packages being lost. A package is considered "lost" if tracking does not show "delivered". Rest assured that we will step you through the process and give you the care and attention it deserves. Please get in touch with customer service directly at support@freshproduceclothes.com to report.
Orders or item (s) may be canceled due to lack of inventory or system error. A credit will automatically be processed and the balance of the order will be shipped.
Garment Care
Garment-dyed items are designed with a unique look, achieved through a special dyeing process. It's normal for these items to show slight variances with shading, color, and size. When purchasing a set, we recommend choosing styles with the same fabrication for the closest match. Please check out the washing instructions before wearing.
To ensure the best results, we recommend prewashing all garments separately before wearing. This will remove any excess dye and set the color. Â Â When washing, gentle machine wash cold and tumble dry low. Â AVOID USING harsh detergents, bleaches, softener or stain removers, as this can cause the garment to fade or become white in that area. We do not recommend using Woolite as it can cause discoloration after washing. If you encounter a tough stain, we suggest using a liquid soap degreaser and leaving it on the garment for 30 minutes before washing as usual. DO NOT RUB. While this may help remove the stain, please note that we cannot guarantee it will be completely eliminated. Â Â Remember, everything we sell is pre-washed and pre-shrunk!
