Q: How do I cancel an order I placed online?
A: If for any reason you would like to cancel your order with freshproduce.com, please call 1.800.800.0826 as soon as possible. We will do everything that we can to accommodate your request. Keep in mind that our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible! As a result, we cannot cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.

Can I purchase Fresh Produce through a catalog?
A: FP goes Green! We will no longer be mailing paper catalogs. Please sign up for our email newsletter for all the latest information on new products, events & promotions. You can also check this website often for fun updates.
Q: How do I find the nearest Fresh Produce store or outlet store?
A: Go to our FIND A STORE section of the site to find a store near you or your next vacation destination!
Q: How do I find local retailers that carry Fresh Produce?
A: It's easy! You can buy Fresh Produce clothing at more than 800 authorized Fresh Produce dealers. To find a dealer location near you, go to FIND A STORE.
Q: What is a Fresh Produce Handpicked Store?
A: Our Fresh Produce Handpicked Stores are independently owned and operated by specially-selected Fresh Produce dealers who have been approved to carry up to 100% representation of Fresh Produce at their location. Eleven Fresh Produce Handpicked stores have been launched and we plan to establish a community of 20 more Handpicked stores over the next five years. Q: How can I be notified about Fresh Produce Warehouse Sales?
A: Several times a year, we hold warehouse sales events to liquidate our past season's merchandise, overruns, and irregular merchandise. You never know where they might turn up! We offer great deals, with everything marked at least 60% off retail prices. Join our email list or check the Warehouse Sale section of this site for our next sale date.
Q: Can I purchase Fresh Produce for my organization or corporate event?
A: We're sorry, but Fresh Produce sells wholesale to authorized dealers only. Therefore, we do not accept requests for custom designs or products.

Q: What sizes does Fresh Produce carry?
A: Fresh Produce carries standard as well as plus sizes, and our children's collections include infant (sizes 6 months to 24 months), toddler (2T - 4T), and Kids (5-6X/7). Go to our size chart for detailed specifications.
Q: How do I take care of my Fresh Produce clothes?
A: Fresh Produce uses a special dying process to create our unique, vibrant colors. We'd like to help you keep your colors looking fresh, so we've detailed some tips on garment care and stain removal at the Fabric Care & Washing Instructions site on this location.
Q: If I think I have a defective product, how can I return it or get it replaced?
A: Returns can be handled either through our online return process (see above) or brought to a Fresh Produce company-owned store. Please note the reason for the return so that we may improve our service. Note that Fresh Produce Handpicked stores and independent dealers cannot accept your returns.

Q: Can I open my own Fresh Produce store?
A: No, all Fresh Produce Retail stores are company-owned. However, our Fresh Produce Handpicked program is ideal for outstanding candidates. The Handpicked program is a formal business partnership developed for long-time dealers and seasoned retailers who would like to build their business around the Fresh Produce brand.
